All fees (per course and one-time fees) can be paid online through various methods. The one-time fees will be collected at different steps of your studies. If you have not been enrolled in a course, and if you explicitly request for withdrawal from the program, the fee will be refunded for the courses you have not been enrolled in, if paid.
